  • Yes you can, you have the option to choose from a list of selections including internal finishes and colours as well as select additions which include curtains and blinds, smart home fixtures or additional landscaping.

  • Yes, we are able to work with you to design a home to meet your brief on any site. If you choose a site in Lakeside we are able to purchase the site, design and build the home and sell it as a house and land package.

  • Yes, our product in Lakeside is all open market and able to be purchased by first home buyers, open market or investors.
