Yes you can, you have the option to choose from a list of selections including internal finishes and colours as well as select additions which include curtains and blinds, smart home fixtures or additional landscaping.

Yes, we are able to work with you to design a home to meet your brief on any site. If you choose a site in Lakeside we are able to purchase the site, design and build the home and sell it as a house and land package.

Yes, our product in Lakeside is all open market and able to be purchased by first home buyers, open market or investors.
